I don’t write reports or offer “consultancy.” I work inside your business, alongside you and your staff, fixing the issues stopping you from making a profit. If it doesn’t affect your bottom line, I don’t touch it.
Pricing Breakdown
Initial Assessment (required)
from £750-1,250
1 day on-site
The Diagnosis
We look at systems, rotas, pricing and flow. Finding out exactly what is wrong, if we can fix it and if we’re a good fit to work together. (required)
Hands-on Fix
from £2,500-5,000
1-2 weeks, priced per week
The Intervention
Real-time staff training, system correction, and waste elimination.
No paperwork for the sake of it. We work together in real-time to fix the problems.
Extended Support
from £1,000-2,000
Optional, priced per week
The Stability
Post-fix monitoring to ensure new habits and systems stick. (only if genuinely needed)
This is not a retainer — it’s practical support while the business settles.
